Maggie

Maggie

Maggie a percheron cross, one of the few horses to be purchased rather than presented with  a midlife career change with Combatants Keep. She is a genetic throwback to the old world Percherons originally bred in La Perche, Normandy during the 15th and 16th century. She Has spent a lifetime becoming the embodiment of the perfect war horse, and most trusted show partner Tom Nader has ever had.

Silverado

Silverado and older percheron cross, acquired from his 2nd owner and saved from a life of boredom.  Because his otherwise fiery personality rendered him difficult in other more docile endeavors .  Silver likes nothing more than charging down the list, being petted by his adoring fans, and willing away the days feeding his face.

Belle

Belle the Belgian, Dame Jessica’s warhorse, has been with Jessica since September of 2020. Despite no prior joust training, Belle took to the sport like a duck to water, and loves to charge down the lyst! Don’t let her excited jousting demeanor fool you, though – she can be the sweetest and gentlest of horses. Outside of the jousting arena, Belle loves naps in the sun and going on trail rides.
